Who is Doudou?

“Hi, I am Doudou Saidy, originally from Kartong village. My uncle introduced me to the world of cooking at an early age. I have 20 years of cooking experience in various hotels such as Coconut Residence, Palma Rima Hotel and 5-star restaurants.
After 12 years working in Kombo Beach Hotel I opened my own restaurant on the Halahin river near Kartong.”
